TSP was tasked with conducting a code analysis to determine how to maximize the allowable size for as many Medical Office Buildings (MOB) on the site as possible.
Requested renderings of the MOB that align with the architectural style of its existing facilities. Additionally, they sought analysis on the required parking capacity and the maximum allowable square footage for office space on the site.
The study determined that three Medical Office Buildings (MOBs) could be accommodated on the site while minimizing costs associated with retaining walls for parking. The proposed buildings—MOB 1 (20,000 SF), MOB 2 (25,000 SF), and MOB 3 (30,000 SF)—fit within the site while meeting all parking requirements.
